Bridge · Asalem, Guilan

Asalem Bridge

Winner — Iran Superior Steel Design Award 1403, bridge category

Type
Fully bolted steel arch bridge
Weight
Approx. 1,000 t of steel
Location
Asalem, Guilan Province
Recognition
National superior steel design, bridges
The white bolted steel arch of the Asalem bridge rising over the deck during construction

The Asalem bridge carries a new crossing on a pair of white steel arches whose members meet in fully bolted connections — around one thousand tonnes of steel fabricated in our plant and closed over the deck on site.

The structure was named the country’s superior steel design of the year 1403 in the bridge category — national recognition of the engineering, fabrication accuracy and erection discipline behind the crossing.

Residential · Anzali Free Zone

Tavoos Towers

Scale
4 interconnected blocks · 22 floors
Weight
Approx. 3,000 t of steel
Programme
Around 186,000 m² of residences
Location
Anzali Free Trade Zone, Caspian shore
Tower cranes over the steel frame of the Tavoos residential towers beside the Caspian port

The Tavoos residential towers rise directly on the Caspian shore of the Anzali Free Trade Zone: four interconnected 22-storey blocks holding more than a thousand apartments across roughly 186,000 square metres — the tallest building on the Guilan coastline.

Our group executed the towers’ steel structure, around three thousand tonnes of it, fabricated in-plant and erected block by block beside the working port — a coastal wind environment that demanded the same lateral-load discipline as our high-rise work in Tehran.

Industrial · Mamounieh

Cheetoz Plant

Client
Cheetoz Company
Contract
Started 2023 (1402)
Weight
1,200 t of steel
Location
Mamounieh Industrial City
Aerial view of the long-span steel frames of the Cheetoz factory halls in Mamounieh Industrial City

Started in 2023 in Mamounieh Industrial City, the Cheetoz project is one of our group’s successful collaborations with the Cheetoz Company — production halls for one of the country’s best-known food brands.

The contract covers 1,200 tonnes of long-span industrial frames: repetitive portal geometry fabricated at pace in our plant and erected in clean, uninterrupted sequences so the production fit-out could follow straight behind the steel.

Retail & leisure · Guilan

Citadium Rasht

Type
Shopping & leisure destination
Scope
Long-span steel roof structure
Site
Approx. five hectares, two phases
Location
Rasht–Anzali road, near Khomam
Red long-span roof beams over the retail halls of Citadium Rasht under construction

Citadium Rasht is the region’s major shopping and leisure destination, planned in two phases on a site of roughly five hectares on the Rasht–Anzali road.

Our scope is the long-span steel roof structure: the red trusses and beams that span the retail halls, keeping the floors below wide and column-free. The members were fabricated in our plant and lifted over the completed concrete frame in a tightly sequenced erection programme.

High-rise · Tehran

Lexon Tower

Client
Hemmat Building Development Co-operative
Contract
2014 · Bolted metal frame
Scale
32 floors · 120 m above ground
Location
Eastern side of Chitgar Lake, District 22

The Lexon Tower was built by the Hemmat Building Development Co-operative Company, which contracted our group in 2014 to build a bolted metal frame construction. The tower comprises 8 lower-level floors and 24 upper floors — 32 in total — on the eastern side of Chitgar Lake in Tehran.

At 120 metres above the ground it stands among the tallest towers in Tehran. Its defining feature is a curved outer face with rotation, curvature and a different curvature radius on each floor — a geometry that led to the fabrication of pieces specific to every single storey.

High-rise · Tehran

Marjan Tower

Scope
Steel structure from phase ten onward
Weight
Approx. 8,000 t of steel
Scale
42 floors, designed for extreme wind
Location
Kharazi Expressway, Tehran

The Marjan 42-storey tower stands on the Kharazi Expressway in Tehran. From phase ten onwards, its steel structure — the remaining 8,000 tonnes of the project — has been executed by our group.

Because of its significant height and special conditions, the structure was engineered to meet extremely high resistance requirements against lateral forces such as wind. High-quality concrete was used in its construction, and advanced seismic energy dissipation systems were incorporated into the design. The structural design was carried out by Dr. Peyman Rahmatabadi.

Landmark · Bandar Anzali

Rotating Restaurant

Type
Iconic coastal landmark
System
Entirely bolted steel building
Location
Bandar Anzali, Caspian coast

Developed and executed by our construction teams, the Rotating Restaurant in the coastal, touristic city of Bandar Anzali was conceived to give the region a distinctive, iconic structure that strengthens its architectural identity.

Execution included engineering design customised to the specific requirements of rotating restaurant structures, high-accuracy fabrication of all steel components in our fully equipped industrial production facility, and on-site installation by an experienced technical team under strict supervision and safety control. The result is a modern, visually striking landmark that lifts the tourism potential and urban image of Bandar Anzali — and a testament to our excellence in entirely bolted steel construction.

Industrial · Rasht

Gilak Daneh Navid

Year
2022
Weight
285 t steel structure
Sector
Food & animal feed industry
Location
Rasht Industrial Town, Guilan

This industrial facility consists of a 285-tonne steel structure designed and implemented to provide durable, safe and highly efficient infrastructure for production and storage in the food and animal feed industry. All design and execution stages were carried out in full compliance with modern steel structure standards, ensuring maximum resistance to environmental factors and to static and dynamic loads over an extended service life.

Expert engineering teams, advanced equipment and rigorous scheduling discipline kept the workflow smooth and uninterrupted, with fabrication and erection — from cutting, welding and finishing to final assembly and on-site installation — executed to the highest quality benchmarks.

Private · Lahijan

Tezval

Year
2013
Weight
132 t, entirely bolted
Location
Lahijan, Guilan Province

Launched in 2013 in direct collaboration with the client, the Tezval project was executed as an entirely bolted steel structure with a total weight of 132 tonnes. The whole process — engineering design, fabrication and installation — was completed inside our own facilities.

Standard bolted connection systems ensured rapid installation, shortened construction time and significantly improved structural stability and safety. Every stage, from accurate engineering design and in-plant fabrication to secure transportation and specialised on-site erection, was performed in a coordinated, scheduled manner.
